Hi, I’m Robyn Eng, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, proudly helping buyers and sellers throughout Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland and surrounding Okanagan communities.

Having been raised in the beautiful Okanagan, I have a genuine love for this community and an appreciation for everything the Okanagan lifestyle has to offer. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I obtained certifications in Dental Assisting, Personal Training and Nutrition. While these careers may seem very different from real estate, they all have something important in common: helping people.

I ultimately followed my passion into real estate and obtained my Real Estate Trading Services Licence through the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Today, I bring that same people-first approach to my real estate business. I continually educate myself, follow the local market closely and work hard to ensure my clients feel supported and informed throughout one of the largest financial decisions they may make.

For me, real estate is about much more than a transaction. The relationships I build with my clients are one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I was raised here and now have the privilege of raising my own family in the Okanagan with my husband and our two daughters. Being part of this community gives me an even greater appreciation for why so many people want to call the Okanagan home.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me at the gym or spending time outdoors with my family. We love taking advantage of the Okanagan lifestyle through paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, golfing and simply enjoying everything this beautiful valley has to offer.

Living here gives me a personal connection to the communities I serve and allows me to share more than real estate information with my clients. I can also offer the perspective of someone who genuinely knows and loves the Okanagan lifestyle.

I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one.

I've worked in customer service for over 40 years, and over the years I've watched the level of service we once expected steadily decline.

When we recently decided to sell our condo, finding the right realtor felt like a daunting task. You're trusting someone, often a complete stranger, to represent your best interests. When it involves one of your largest financial assets, that trust becomes even more important.

I knew Robyn for about a year before she became a realtor. From the beginning, she was always friendly, approachable, kind, and genuinely caring. Even in our brief conversations, it was easy to recognize the kind of person she was. When she decided to pursue a career in real estate, I wasn't surprised as her personality and natural ability to connect with people made it clear to me that she would be exceptionally successful in the profession.

Over the years, I've met many realtors, but only one person stood out as someone I would trust to represent us, and that was Robyn. My confidence in her wasn't based on her sales record, it was based on her character which to me, is far more important. Choosing Robyn to represent us as sellers turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. She exceeded every expectation we had.

As someone with more than four decades of experience in customer service, I have high standards, and I often find they aren't met. I feel communication is desperately lacking in todays world. Robyn proved that exceptional customer service and great communication skills still exist. She kept in regular contact with us, providing timely updates on scheduled showings, answering questions from prospective buyers, and sharing valuable feedback following each viewing in addition to making herself available to us whenever we had questions. She was incredibly organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.

In my opinion, Robyn has set the bar exceptionally high in her profession. It's one thing to be an excellent realtor, but it's another to be an exceptional person. Robyn is both.
